3. After adding the curing agent, the foaming time is much later than that of ordinary jigsaw glue.

Purpose: Two-component solid wood cold-pressed splicing board, the usage method is shown below.

Instructions:

1. Pretreatment of glued materials;

(1) The moisture content should be adjusted to 10±2%;

(2) No scars, no cracks, no oil stains, no grease, etc.;

(3) The surface is planed or sanded, and the thickness deviation is less than 0.1mm.

2. The deployment of adhesives:

(1) The ratio of main agent to crosslinking agent is 100:10～15;

(2) Mix the main agent and the cross-linking agent in proportion and stir for 3 to 5 minutes until uniform;

(3) The use time of the formulated glue is 1 hour, and half an hour is recommended;

3. Pressurization:

Different materials need to adjust the pressurization time and pressure under different operating temperatures. When the pressure between the generally less than 1 hour, a pressure of not less than 1.0MPa.
