The company initiated the project in 2012.

A new factory was built in 2015, located in the Hon Hai Chemical Base, covering an area of 50 acres, and adopting a highly automated production system in strict accordance with national standards and requirements.

It was officially established in January 2013, and obtained the agency rights of Dow Chemical in the same year; the company is mainly positioned as a provider of functional adhesives and special functional adhesives.
